List of prohibited content categories: materials which encourage violence, criminal behaviour or dangerous behaviour (e.g., creating weapons, taking or making drugs and carrying out fraudulent or terrorist acts); highly graphic sexual acts that would be likely to offend a ‘reasonable adult’; or footage that shows real or simulated violence or crimes, racism, terrorism, etc.

10. Purchases and Credits

  1. Credits System

    SongIdea.app uses a credits-based system to provide access to certain features, including but not limited to additional song name generations. Credits can be purchased directly on the platform. Prices and available packages will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

  2. License to Use Credits

    Purchased credits grant users access to the platform's features as intended but do not have inherent monetary value outside the platform. Credits cannot be transferred or resold, except where required by law.

  3. Refund Policy

    Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if the purchased credits remain unused. Partial refunds may also be granted for unused credits, provided the refund request is made within a reasonable timeframe and SongIdea.app is not operating at a loss from the transaction.

    Refunds will not be provided for credits that have been used to access platform features or for accounts that have been suspended due to violations of the terms of service.

  4. Expiration of Credits

    Credits may expire after a period of 12 months of inactivity. Active use of the platform resets this timer.

  5. Payment Processing

    All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of those processors.

  6. Fraudulent Activity

    Any fraudulent or unauthorized transactions will result in the suspension or termination of your account. SongIdea.app reserves the right to investigate and report such activity to authorities.

SongIdea.app reserves the right to modify the pricing, availability, or features associated with credits or other paid services at any time. Changes will not affect credits already purchased but may affect future purchases or features.
